富山の旅も最後。
新幹線に乗る前にお土産を購入です。
富山駅ナカにある押し鮨専門店。
日曜日の夕方ですが、結構賑わっていますね。
富山といえば鱒寿司が有名ですが、こちらのお店は鱒寿司と
手割り箱寿しがありました。
その手割り箱寿しの３種類がつまったのがいろどり寿しです。
せっかくなので、このいろどり寿しにしようと購入。
６貫で1200円になります。
購入して自宅でいただきました。
いろどり寿しは鱒、小鯛、鯖の３種類が２貫づつです。
ねっとり食感の魚に固めのシャリ。
魚の味を楽しむよりは酢と昆布の味を楽しむ感じですかね。
甘さは感じず、大人の味ですね。
新幹線で食べるもよし、お土産にもよし。
富山に行った時には買って帰るのにちょうどいい寿しですね。
