もう笹津橋がすぐそこ、という郊外にできた本格蕎麦店。
地元の人も遠方の人も来ておられ駐車場はお昼時は一杯なのでご注意。
お店にはいると名前を書いて待つ。小行列ができていた。
何時の間に富山県民はこんなに本格蕎麦が好きになったのだろう。
悪いことではない。
店内は、テーブル席有り、座敷有り、結構な収容数・スペースがある。さすがに郊外。
10分ほどで座敷席に。10人は座れる座卓に相席。
天ぷら盛りそばを注文。
まずは、香り高いそば茶。
やや待ってお盆で、そば、天ぷら、小デザートが運ばれてきました。
そばは、やや太めだが、エッジが立って見た目よし。
食べてもコシがある。
ツユやや甘めだが、カツオが香ばしく、香り高い。
天ぷらはタップリ。
パプリカも入った野菜が沢山＋魚肉ソーセージ＋磯部香タップリの丸いお麩？
気取りがないですね。
そば猪口でそば湯も来ました。白濁だが、それほどトロミなく、重くない。
コスパよし。はるばる来た甲斐あり。
