しばらくの間、富山を拠点にお仕事・・でっ！初ランチ♪
選んだお店は「中国四川麺飯店 一燈」さん...券売機でランチメニューを眺めていると、四川料理の二大巨頭の「担々麺」「麻婆豆腐」のセットメニューがあり、迷わずポチッと購入＼(^^)／
四川料理の辛さはじゅうぶん体感済みですが、昼間っからそんなに辛い料理は提供しないだろう・・・甘かった(>.<)y-~
頼んだランチセットが近づくだけで「麻婆豆腐」の匂いに「ヤバっ！」・・・「麻婆豆腐」の姿を見て、その色の黒さで確信に変わりました。(￣□￣;)!!
「ヤベっ!ホンモノや！」
辛いものは苦手では無いのですが、あまりの辛さに脳も痺れて、午後から仕事にならないので、ウィークデーのランチは、あまり刺激物は摂取しないようにしていたのですが、こちらのランチは、情け容赦なく本物で本格的な四川料理です(^^;)))
これまで食べてきた四川麻婆豆腐とは、少し味が異なります...本場から唐辛子を仕入れているとお店のどこかに書いてあったと記憶しています(^o^)
辛いですが、深いコクがあるので、とてもおいひぃ～(⌒‐⌒)
担々麺も、少々平打ちの麺に、挽肉やナッツ等も入っていて、手を抜くこと無く本格的な仕上がり...この価格で頂けるのはありがたい＼(^^)／
しっかり、大汗をかいて平日の昼間から四川料理の洗礼を浴びました・・・こりゃ～、午後から仕事になりませんね(;￣ー￣A
