グランドプラザ前駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるハンバーガー屋さん ショーグンバーガー 富山店。
全国各地に店舗展開されており、一部の店舗はハンバーガー百名店にも選出されている人気のお店。こちらの店舗も高い評価を得ており、引っ切りなしに来店客が来ています。
店内にコンセントのあるカウンター席と、テーブル席が用意されており、テイクアウト、イートインどちらも対応されているのが嬉しいポイントです。
今回いただいたのは、チーズバーガーに、淡路産玉ねぎ、アボカドトッピングのセットメニュー。金額は2,000円近くとそれなりでしたが、その分こだわりの和牛を使用した贅沢なハンバーガーを堪能できます。敢えて荒くミンチにしたパテは、牛肉らしさがしっかりと残っており、食べる場所によって食感が変わるので飽きがきません。
甘味の強い淡路産の玉ねぎソテー、まろやかで濃厚なアボカド、アボカドと相性の良いたっぷりのタルタルソース、お肉の旨味を際立たせるとろとろのチーズなど、具材のバランスも最高でした！
