楽しみで入場時間よりもだいぶ早めに着いてしまいました。
そこで時間までスワローカフェさんで過ごしました。
先にランチで「贅沢スワロープレート」を後から「となりの森のソーダ」をいただきました。
贅沢スワロープレートはグリーンサラダに本日のスープ(トマトスープ)、デリでパスタサラダとチリコンカン、カットベーグルが４種と盛りだくさんなプレートでした。
サラダが新鮮で美味しいし、スープにもたくさん野菜が入っていて軽くてヘルシーです。
ベーグルはチーズ？、クルミ全粒粉、富山産の小松菜&カリカリベーコン、富山のスイートポテトでした。
どのベーグルもモチモチしていて具の個性があり単品でも美味しいと思いました。
特に富山のスイートポテトはトロッと甘くて蜜芋でした。
折角なので企画展に因んだメニューの中から「となりの森ソーダ」をいただきました。
ミントがたくさん入っていて緑緑しています。
ミントの香りも強くてサッパリしていました。
腹拵えを終えて、その後はゆっくり展示を見てまわりました。
