煮干し出汁のスープが縮れ細麺によく絡んでいい。
飛騨高山ラーメンのような味わい。
違うのはいしりの風味がスープに奥深さを出して
いる。
チャーシューは分厚いが脂っこくないので良し。
トッピングで1枚増量して良かった。
なるととメンマを含めて大きな海苔に覆われた
中華そばだ。
ごはんも美味しいから必ず頼もう(^^)
