富山市西町にある隠れ家的居酒屋さん。
目標物は有名カレー店のスズキーマさんの右奥に入ったディープな空間の右側に店を構えておられます。
「くんしゅさんもん」と呼ぶそうです。
平日お昼の開店直後に初訪問、店内にはBGMに「男と女のラブゲーム」が流れる不思議な雰囲気。
メインは「まぜそば」のようですが、まぜそばは好みじゃないので温かいスープ入りの「いしり中華そば大」を注文。
先客は１組２名だったが、着丼前に次々と来店ラッシュ。
店主お一人の切盛りのキャパを超えたからか、満席を待たず来店客に「提供に時間がかかる」旨の説明をして入店をお断りする状況。
ほどなくして着丼、ラーメン丼ぶりに麺がぎっしり詰まっている。
大きめの海苔とかわいいナルトが目を引く。
その他の具は水菜、みょうが、チャーシュー、不思議なメンマ。
スープはいしりが効いており、澄んだスープに深みを加えている。
油少なめでヘルシーな感じるが好感が持てる。
メンマは薄く切った干大根みたいな食感で何かわからず。
説明が難しいですが、お店は店主のセンス、人柄や趣味に溢れており良い雰囲気が漂う。
今度は「まぜそば」を食べに行きたいです！
