ここも 食べてみたかったんだよなー
いしり中華そばが食べられるお店
夜は予約でお客さんいっぱいらしい
お店の雰囲気 最高にいい
ワンオペ店主さん、１人１人 丁寧にらーめんを
作ってくれる（時間はかかるけど）
んで、この いしり中華そばのスープがまた
うんまいわー 他ではあまり お目にかかる事がないのかも
具材も珍しい
チャーシュー ホロホロ
みずな、みょうが、海苔、メンマ、あぶら揚げ
切干大根のような感じの歯ごたえのある物
これ 全部 マッチしてて うまい
正直 みょうが 得意じゃないけど……。
そんな私でも するする いけた
麺は これにあってるようなきがします
そこも こちらの店主が考えてだされているのでしょう
まぜそばは太麺で茹でる前に 手もみしてました
赤だしのらーめんも 絶対うまいと思う
