A shop located in AMAYOT Yokocho in Sokuruwa. Although the name is "Hormone," you can enjoy all kinds of high-quality Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as you would expect from Daishogun's chain. The container-shaped store in Yokocho looks simple at first glance, but it's large and air-conditioned, so it's comfortable. This time, I reserved a 90-minute all-you-can-drink option (+2000 yen) for the 5000 yen course. The menu includes: tongue, loin, skirt steak, fillet, stuffed peppers, assorted offal, kimchi, salad, gutsu ponzu sauce, and rice to finish (mentaiko butter).You can grill the meat yourself on the charcoal grill provided at each table, and the skirt steak and fillet. The staff roasts the chunks in the kitchen, then cuts them up and serves them to you. The red meat is really delicious, and the quantity and variety are sure to please any old man. The meat is delicious, so simple seasonings such as soy sauce, wasabi, and salt are sufficient. The all-you-can-drink menu doesn't have many types of drinks, but the service from ordering was smooth and I was able to drink for the entire time. Also, this course was something I would want to order.
