本日は富山市総曲輪にある額さんのプレミアム会に参加させてもらいました。お店の外から普通じゃないオーラ。中に入るとやっぱり普通じゃないのが確定。お店の内装や設が半端ない。まるでお店が全て美術品のようなお店だ。カウンターの秋田杉の一枚ものの板は圧巻。お店のコンセプトは絵の額のようなお店とのこと。店主のこだわりは半端ない。京都で修行されたとのことで料理だけでなく接客にも細部にまでこだわりを感じる。

料理と一緒にマリアージュされたお酒のペアリングがやばい。入手困難なお酒がこれでもかと言う感じで仕込んである。これはすごい。店主とお店の力を感じる。富山にこんなお店があったとは。美味しい絶品料理とあり得ない日本酒のオンパレードに驚かされた夜となりました。
