One day's burger activity was FUNTIME. Original Burger My experience with gourmet burgers has been increasing, but in the end, the X-tudo from the now-defunct Brazilian restaurant "Lancionete Sau Nascente" remains the best to this day. Among them, this restaurant has a high possibility of competing with it from the Japanese side. FUNTIME is located right next to the Indian Hut Toyama store. It is a small restaurant with 8 counter seats, 2 tables, and 2 parking spaces. The owner, who loves burgers, was no longer satisfied with just eating around, and since there were almost no authentic burger restaurants in Toyama, he thought he had no choice but to start his own restaurant, so he opened it a few years ago. They also sell various craft beers. The burgers are American-sized, and you don't know how to put them in your mouth. (Wrap it in a burger bag, crush it, and then eat it with a big mouth) I like that the buns are toasted to a crisp. It's as crispy as Banh mi I had in Vietnam. The 200g beef patty is cooked after the order is placed, so it takes about 15 minutes to complete. (*McDonald's patties are 45g each) This patty is juicy, so it feels like a "Hamburg". It's a different type of patty from the Brazilian style, which has less fat. The original burger is sandwiched with onion rings and crispy bacon, giving it an amazing junky feel. It's perfect for days when you want to throw away any sense of guilt and just devour a delicious burger without thinking about calories.
