ご飯は半分にしてもらいました。
マンゴーポークはフルーティ♡
スパイスしっかりです。
かなり細かなココナッツのしゃりしゃり感も程よく
あります。ポークは4個入ってました。
ちょっとかためのブロック肉でした。
辛さよりフルーティさが強いカレーで
辛さ、甘さ共に楽しめました。
ガパオはスパイスたっぷり！
まるでスパイス食べてるみたいで
これだけスパイス強いガパオは初めて。
スパイスが好きな人におすすめ。
紫キャベツ酢漬け、きゅうりのマヨネーズ？あえにもハーブ使われていたり水にはレモンバーベナが
使われていたりと所どころにハーブの
アクセントが工夫されていて良かったです^ ^
