平日ランチに初訪問、開店直後に入店し店舗奥のテーブル席に案内される。
店内は結構奥に延びる形状でした。
お店は氷見市の精肉店がプロデュースする焼肉店との事で、精肉店の直営店舗の強みを活かして希少な氷見牛を１頭買い、徹底した鮮度管理、品質管理の技術を活かして精肉のプロが匠の技術で肉の部位の特徴や繊維、サシの入り方を見ながら丁寧に手切りする事で様々な料理で余すことなく提供できるそうです。
せっかくの牛屋さんなので氷見牛を食べたいと思い「氷見牛焼肉ランチ」を注文。
お肉は「氷見牛、もち豚、桜姫鶏」の３種がそれぞれ３枚ずつ。
氷見牛はカルビだと思いますが肉厚でサシが丁度良い感じで入っており見た目から美味しそう。
お肉は程よい噛みごたえで、脂っこくなく肉の旨味を味わえる。
もち豚と桜町姫鶏はあっさりスッキリした味わいで、一切臭みなし。
特にタレが秀逸、見た目は透き通っており、あっさり味かと思いきや結構ニンニクが効いている。
３種のお肉と相性も良くそれぞれのお肉のお味を引き立たせている。
お味噌汁がインスタント的な味なのは残念だが駅ナカでこのお値段であれば致し方無いかと。
コスパが良く、お肉が美味しい良店でした。
