北陸の旅、１食目は富山駅で氷見牛焼肉ランチです。
ランチメニューから「氷見牛三昧御膳」にビールをオーダー。お肉は氷見牛のロースとカルビ、まずは冷え冷えビールで焼肉を楽しみ、次にライスで焼肉。お肉はさらっとした脂で牛の旨味たっぷりです。
ビールでもライスでも最高の氷見牛でした。
