浜黒崎に素敵な蕎麦屋さんが出来たと聞いて、すっと行きたかったんですがタイミングごが合わず、今回ようやく行ってきましたヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
ずっと完全予約制での営業てしたが、最近予約制をやめたそう。これで随分行きやすくなりました。
海は見えませんが、浜黒崎なので何となく潮風を感じられます。店名にもある松濤は、松の梢を渡る風の音を波の音に例えた語だそう。
前田工業薬品の創業者の邸宅が家事で消失した跡に建てられた茶室の横に建つ蕎麦処。
とても広い敷地で、日本庭園もきれいに手入れされています。
店内はカウンター６席のみ。
鴨ねぎ蕎麦 1800円
梅ぶっかけ蕎麦 1500円
をオーダーしました。
鴨ねぎ蕎麦は、本当は予約限定なんですがキャンセルかあって1食なら出せますとのことでヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
濃いめのお出汁に鴨がよく合います。お蕎麦は二八で細めの麺は喉越しもよくおいしいです。生山椒を入れるとまた違ったおいしさでした。
梅ぶっかけ蕎麦は、辛味大根、鰹節、梅干しが乗っています。よく混ぜてたべると一体感が増しておいしい！
ボリューム的には少なめかな。
蕎麦湯も頂き満足！
お蕎麦を手繰りながら、カウンター越しに店主さんと会の会話も楽しく、豊かな時間を過ごせます。
平日は＋1000円でお隣の茶室でお茶とお菓子を頂けます。この日は土曜で残念でした。
次回は平日にまたお邪魔したいです。
建物横に広い駐車場あり。
