富山市越前町の千石通り商店街にあるラーメン屋さん。
土曜のお昼に初訪問、店内に入ると奥まで長いカウンター席が続いており先客がずらりと並んで座っている。
店員さんからランチは醤油ラーメンか焼きそばと言われたので「金泉醤油ラーメン（並）８００円」を注文。
金泉醤油ラーメンのスープは名前の通り醤油ベース、色は濃いが富山ブラックとまでは言えない位の味の濃さで不思議なコクがある。
麺は艶があり柔らかくて喉越しは良いが若干味気ない。
何よりぶつ切りのネギ、極太メンマ、丸いチャーシューなどのインパクトが強く豪快さが際立つ。
途中味変に胡椒を振りかけたところ、良いアクセントになってコクが増したように感じる。
店員さんの愛想が良かったので気持ちよく食事ができました。
お昼でも飲めるとのことですが、夜に伺えば楽しくお酒を飲めそうな予感がしました。
