FUKUSUKE is a small ramen shop located at the corner of Toyama University. It is a quintessential ramen shop... looks gritty, small counter seats, and a hearty bowl of ramen. First, if you are looking for parking, enter near the Family Mart and use parking spaces 22-28. The counter seats number 7, so chances are you'll have to wait on the outside steps. When you enter, there's an automatic vending machine menu. You can order the Vegetables Miso Ramen or the Minced Meat Vegetable Miso Ramen. Be warned that the normal size is actually large, and the large is actually extra large. There is a small size, which is actually normal size. I think it's because the normal crowd is the hungry Toyama University students. You can add toppings (I added extra negi and an aji tama). The master will ask if it's ok to add garlic. I highly recommend it. He will then cook up a huge portion of vegetable stir fry to add to your ramen bowl. The ramen bowl is deep. I recommend changing the taste throughout. For example, you can add the recommended Nagoya sauce when you're 1/4 through. Then add one of the many hot sauces when you're halfway through. Then add vinegar to cut through the fattiness when you're feeling a little full. The master is super friendly and high energy!
すごい体験でした。駐車場はファミマから入ります。店内は7席しかないので、待たなければならないかもしれません。味噌野菜か肉味噌野菜を注文できます。要注意:並は大きい、大きいは特大です。小さいは並です。たくさん野菜炒めをラーメンに入れますからです。スッキリで美味しかったです。
