富山県庁近くでリニューアルオープンしたやなぎ屋さんへランチに初訪問。
中華そば、もつ煮とライスのもつ煮セットを注文。
スープは醤油と鶏ガラベースに若干魚介系をミックス、見た目よりは濃い目のスープ。
具はチャーシュー、メンマ、かいわれ大根、おろしショウガ、刻み玉ねぎ。
刻み玉ねぎのシャキシャキ食感がアクセントになる。
強烈なインパクトはありませんが、万人受けする食べやすいお味かと。
もつ煮は程よい濃さでご飯が進む。
具の大根や人参は良く煮込まれており、柔らかい。
店員さん着用のＴシャツには「ビストロ酒場やなぎ屋」とプリントされており、居酒屋メニューも期待出来ます。

Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in Saiwaicho, Toyama City. It is also open for lunch, serving Ramen and curry. Visited right after opening on weekday lunchtime. Last time I ate Chinese noodles, but then miso vegetable Ramen was added to the menu and I was interested, so I ordered it. An appetizing rich soup packed with the flavor of vegetables. The thick and filling noodles will fill you up for lunch. There's quite a bit of it and it's satisfying to eat. The soup smells like spices, but I don't know what it is. It wasn't that spicy or hot, so why did I end up sweating? I was able to use Toyama's premium meal ticket.
