外観からして 少し入りずらい おしゃれな感じのお店
以前に 総曲輪ベースで ラーメン出してたお店ですよね
インスタで知りました
今はお店を移転オープンされてて
日の出さんの隣で営業されてる 夜は、おしゃれなbar✨とか居酒屋さん風です
お昼のランチメニューで ラーメン出されてますね✨
鶏がらベースに魚介のらーめんを食べましょう

生姜が多めにのってるから
混ぜる前にスープをのんでみる‼️

どれもこれも主張してないけど まとまってる感じ
生姜も混ぜてみる✨
これもまた うまい‼️
チャーシューもメンマもかいわれも
刻み玉ねぎもいい感じにまとまってて いい‼️
麺もすきな感じの麺で固さもGOOD️
背脂もいい感じになってる キツくない‼️
超バランス型のうまい醤油らーめんです
そして、邪魔になるかもしれないが
にんにくを入れてみる✨
少しにんにくで うまいのかき消されそうだが
これはこれで うまいの~
ちゃらそうな店内にお兄さん達がなかなかうまいらーめん作るんだなーって思ってたら
１人、年配の親父がいる
お店にはあわなそうな 和テイストの料理人の服装
仕掛人はこの親父か‼️
これまた いいお店に出会えたような気がします
