Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) and European-style restaurant located in Shirokawara, Toyama City. It is located on the north side of Shirogawara Park, and is difficult to reach unless you look for it. I visited the restaurant right after it opened on weekdays, and when I ordered the "lamb meat set" from the lunch menu, it was served shortly after. The staff instructed us, ``Please eat the lamb like Yakiniku (Grilled meat) refer to the instructions for how to grill it.'' I put the lamb on the roaster and started keeping an eye on it, being careful not to overcook it.The meat stuck to the iron plate quite a bit, which was annoying. Dip the lightly grilled lamb meat into the sauce. The meat has a unique lamb flavor but no odor. The homemade sauce is excellent and delicious, and you will never get tired of it. This set of various items was a great value for money, and I wanted to try takeaway meat as well.
