コチラのお店は店舗の前にあるホテルと同じ方がオーナーだとか……。
最初の一杯はボンベイサファイアでジントニックをいただきました。何かつまみを…と店員さんと話をしているとこの日のオススメはつぶ貝だとか。
隣りにある和食屋さんと同じでとても美味い。貝から染みい出た出汁の旨みに甘さも感じる醤油味でコレは日本酒に移行しない訳がいかなくなり、富山県内で知った好きな酒、勝駒をオーダー。
ジャストミートでした。
その後、魚介鶏白湯麺の醤油ラーメンで締めました。
具材を別盛りにして提供してくれるので、スープは熱いままいただけるのが嬉しい。
美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。
