本日は『銀兆 総曲輪店』さんへ
お邪魔しました。
・銀兆 握り１０貫（税込１７６０円）
を注文
鮪にイカに鯵など旬のお魚を
握って下さいます。
シャリは小ぶりで口に含むとほろっと
くずれ、良いですね。
カマスの炙りは、ほんのりとお塩が
ふられ特に美味しいなと思いました。
お味噌汁もお出汁が美味しく、
茶碗蒸しには珍しく白身のお魚が
入っていました。
大将の笑顔が優しく
居心地の良い空間で
ゆっくりとお鮨を堪能出来ました。
また近くに寄りましたら、伺います。
