富山の寿司屋さん巡り、始めます。
全国一寿司が美味しそうに見える富山県、知事さんがそれを目指す富山県、大丈夫？と思って、これから一店一店回ります。
但し、高級店ではなく、県外のお客さんに役立つよう、駅前周辺のお店、回転寿司店。
まず富山駅直前のこちらのお店。駅ビルほぼ直結のマルートという複合ビルの飲食店フロアにあり便利。
回る寿司店ではありませんが、カウンター越しに注文する伝統タイプのお店でもありません。注文するとお運びで出されます。
お酒はそこそこの地酒置いてあります。
店の雰囲気も、いい感じ、を醸してます。
ガリは、マツデラで取り上げられただけあり、他では味わえない昆布まぶしガリです。旨味のある、それだけで美味しいガリ。
寿司は、シャリの味付けではなく、ネタに醤油をつけて調整する、いわゆる富山名物、「刺身寿司」です。
なんで酢を効かせた酢飯で食べさせないのかな〜、と不思議な富山寿司です。私的には、ざ、残念。
但し、魚はいいです。富山湾は天然の生簀ですから。
この日食べたのは、マゴチ、キジハタ、石鯛、鯵、鮪三種盛り、サワラ炙り。どれも美味しかったです。
海苔も悪くない。香り高く、甘みがあり、いい線いってます。
飲んだのは、林の純米吟醸。羽根屋とともに愛飲してます。
でも、刺身寿司です。
私はあまり美味しいと思ったことはあまりありませんが、海鮮丼が好きな人は、間違いなく美味しいと思うお寿司です。ただ、寿司を食べ慣れた人は少し残念かもしれません。
