くだん＠富山にて旧交を温める。2023年08月02日
くだんにて宴席。戦友としてさまざまな場面を戦ってきた昔の仲間とこのような形で再開できるのはとてもうれしい。
歴代の総理大臣による国酒の色紙。
案内されたのはいい感じの個室だった。
最初から肉とは、なかなか気が利いている。
当然のことながらのお造り。
魚のすり身が団子状になっていて、餡がかかっている。ほっこりする味。
貝。汁も美味しい。
焼き物。パリッと。
富山でないとなかなか飲めないというお酒ということで、「林」を飲んでみたが、とても美味しかった。
