お盆の期間中休みかも、と思いながら訪問、営業していました！
並びは中待ち合4人、立ちでの外待ち6人ほどですが、
30分くらいで着席。
席についてからオーダーします。
メニューは壁に掲示されていて、口頭で
みそ野菜ラーメン 1000円
大盛り 400円
を注文。
ご時世柄か、結構値上がりしていました。
お馴染みの大きめの器にたっぷりスープで着丼。
野菜は気持ち前来たときの方が多かったような気がしましたが、スープの中にもしっかり沈んでいます。
スープはさっぱり目の白味噌ベースのスープです。しっかり塩味が効いていて、かつ辛みが溶けていて麺がどんどん進んでしまう味付けです。油のコクもほんのり感じます。何油でしょうか？
麺は中細の縮れ麺です。特徴的なわけではないのですが味噌のスープとの絡みを考えると、これくらいが食べやすいかもしれません。
卓上には胡椒、一味とうがらしのほか、すりおろしニンニクと辛みそが置いてあり、味変に使用しました。
特にシャキシャキ炒め野菜とひき肉の上に辛みそとニンニクを載せて口に運ぶとさらに食用が増しますし、溶けてスープとの相性も抜群です。
