電鉄魚津で途中下車。晩ご飯を食べるべく、以前からマーキングを施していた『柏』さんに初訪問。
入り口付近外観を見れば、落ち着いた居酒屋風で、仕事中のお昼時には、なんとなく暖簾を潜りにくい雰囲気。
店内に一歩踏みこめば、優しい声で女将さんが迎えてくれる。
入り口にある看板で日替わりランチは『メンチカツ』or『生姜焼き』の定食と見ていた。どちらかといえば『メンチカツ』と思い、注文は『日替わりのメンチ…』とまで伝えたところ『はい、ありがとうございます。日替わりランチ一丁！との声が上がる。実際のところ、日替わりランチは『メンチカツ』＆『生姜焼き』だった。(『盛り合わせ』ということが看板の写真を見ていただくとよくわかる。)
出品までも時間は要しない。とりあえず、一口！美味い！
揚げたてのメンチカツとしっかり味の生姜焼きの盛り合わせ定食は、味良しボリューム良しのお得感満載のままいただくことができた。
