富山と言えば、「ますの寿司」が有名ですが、蒲鉾も忘れてはいけません。
酒の肴でも買って帰りましょ。
富山市内から、国道8号で魚津に移動。
老舗の「河内屋」さんにお邪魔しました。
魚津駅の前に有ります。
店内には、高級蒲鉾が並びますが、「こぶたちゃん」が此方を見ています。
つい手が伸びちゃいました。
もう一つ、富山と言えば「黒作り」。
ルー大柴も訪れたのでしょうか？黒作りの前に写真が。
こちらでは、こぶたちゃん3個入りと黒作り120gをテイクアウト。
自宅に帰り、ビールの肴に頂きました。
「こぶたちゃん」はシッコシコで優しい擂り身の味が美味しい。
黒作りはイカスミが味をまろやかにして臭みもなく美味しい。
お酒も頂いちゃいました。
