細工かまぼこ名店 |
富山では蒲鉾も名物のひとつなのかな？
此方の蒲鉾は献上されたのか店の看板に献上の文字がありました。
落ち着いた感じの店内、色々な蒲鉾が並んでいます。
入口のドアの所に張り紙がしてあり限定の揚げかまぼこがあります的な事が書いてあったと思います。
とりあえずお土産に4000～5000円くらい買ってみました。
自分用は揚げかまぼこのやさいとしろえび
どちらも揚げた風味に素材の味もしっかりするおいしいかまぼこでした。
お土産の鮨蒲が余ったので穴子とうにを食べましたがかなりつまみなるおいしさ
薄く切って食べたほうがおいしいです。好みで醤油、わさびもいいですよ。
