2020年のお正月を飾る「富山 魚津 の 鯛蒲鉾」!!
河内屋は創業70有余年続く北陸を代表する蒲鉾
専門店。
今回は「鯛」の形をした蒲鉾狙いと、
鮨に似せた蒲鉾に惚れての購入。
１か月以上も前から予約した蒲鉾が2019.12.27
に到着。
笹鮨・鮨蒲（い）セット 3,780円 ×2
越し鯛 NO13 864円 ×3
越し鯛 NO12 1,080円 ×1
11,000円以上 は 送料無料の為 11,212円で購入。
富山と言えば
「こんぶ」「ぶり」「かまぼこ」「鱒すし」が
有名!!
若い時代、北陸三県 に 行く事が多かったが、
まだ２０代だった為、北陸での美味しい食材を
知らず終わってしまった。
富山で の 夕食は、
富山駅の４１号線沿いに、名古屋の柳橋市場の
様な市場があり、その中にある食堂で食事をし
大瓶ビール１本 と 海の幸 の 定食料理で満足
しホテルへと戻る。
その定食屋さんの娘さんに、ほのかな安堵を感
じで通っていて、
途中、小さな回転寿司もオープンし、そこにも
通った。
