テイクアウト焼き鳥、ホットプレートで温めてみました☆彡

滑川市魚躬（うおのみ）、富山市寄りの郊外にあります。今はテイクアウトのみの営業です。　　　

営業が17:00〜ですが、テイクアウトが何時から受付か分からず…13:00過ぎに電話で注文！すでに受け取りが17:00〜18:00はいっぱい(°▽°)で16:00にしてもらいました。

お店に行くと威勢のいいスタッフさん達の声‼︎みなさん大量の焼き鳥を焼いてます)^o^(
私の後にも次々と人が！　

テイクアウトメニューが限られて、みんなの好きなあか（レバー）、砂肝、ミノが無く…
若どり、純けい、しろ、ネギマ、タン、豚ロースを注文♬計50本になりました。

フォローしているモカネネさんがやってた焼き鳥をジップロックで湯煎して温める方法も考えましたが、大量なのでホットプレートで温める事にしました(*≧∀≦*)

ホットプレートにアルミホイルを引き、塩系とタレ系に分け軽く日本酒を振りかけて蓋をして弱火で温めました。温かい状態で食べることが出来ました♬なかなかよかったですよ(^-^)

タレも3種付いてました♪お店の味が楽しめます。炭火焼きのいい香り〜秋吉さんの焼き鳥は小さいサイズなので3人で50本きれいに食べました(*≧∀≦*)

焼き鳥は全部で3607円‼︎安い(^-^)アルミホイルを引いてたので後片付けも楽でした(^-^)
