富山駅前でのイベント ” とやまイタリアン2022 ” にてテイクアウトしました。
・ モッツァレラチーズたっぷりのトマトソースパスタ（税込 1,000円）
・ 3種チーズとクスクスのグラタン（税込 800円
「モッツァレラチーズたっぷりのトマトソースパスタ」
パスタソースとパスタが判れている容器に入っていました。 この容器は良いですね！
ゴロゴロサイズのモッツァレラチーズが5個も入っていました。
トマトソースは酸味が強くなく肉の旨味が十分に出ていて美味しいパスタでした。
「3種チーズとクスクスのグラタン」
たっぷりのクスクスの上に、ホワイトソースとモッツァレラチーズとチーズが乗っていました。
クスクス自体に味はなく、ホワイトソースも結構薄味だったのでぼんやりとした味でした。
機会があれば、お店に行って地中海料理を食べてみたいと思います。

ワインショップ&地中海料理 BOQUERIA(ボケリア 魚津)
BOQUERIAは、スペイン、イタリア、ギリシャ、イスラエル、モロッコなど、 |
「富山まつり2023」のイベントでテイクアウトしました。
ボケリアさんではパスタやグラタンをテイクアウトした事がありますが、初めて
パエリアを購入してみました。
・ スモークチキンんパエリア（税込 1,500円）
注文したらすぐ電子レンジで温めてもらえ、ホカホカのパエリアを食べれました。
大きめサイズにカットされたスモークチキンとスライスしたレモンがトッピングされていました。
味付けは薄めだけどレモンの味が強かったです。
ライスの中にカットされたレモンが丸ごと入っていたので、余計にレモン風味が
増していたと思います。
1,500円の値段の割にはボリュームが少なく、ちょっと割高感がありました。
