滑川市の海の近くの県道沿いにあるお麩をメインにした珍しいお店。
平日のお昼に初訪問。
【味】
◆きまぐれプレート 900円
今日の内容はお麩の唐揚げです。
メインのお麩の唐揚げは、
お麩なので、軽く、不思議な味わいです。
お菓子に近い感じです。
他に、レタスのサラダ、ニンジンのごま和え、うり？としめじの和え物、鶏肉のスライス、うずらの卵の燻製(白身はちょっと固いですが)、
それと雑穀米？が
プレートに盛り付けられています。
味噌汁にもお麩が浮いてます。
野菜中心のヘルシーな内容で、
それなりに食べごたえのあるランチでした。
