こちら方面にドライブに来て昼食によりました。
さすがに鱈汁が名物料理らしくお店も多いですね。
鱈汁、だんご汁、焼き鯖を注文。
鱈汁は薄味で肝が入って美味しい、鱈の身や牛蒡の量も多く食べ応えあります。
だんご汁、もちもちした団子に味噌仕立ての汁が相性よく美味しかったです。
焼き鯖、大きな鯖で食べごたえはありますが味は普通です。
この店の鱈汁は肝、鱈の身、牛蒡と薄味の汁がバランス良く美味しかったです。
道の駅などで食べた鱈汁とはひと味違いました。
