「櫃まぶし」は置いていません…。
そんなことは置いといて、「栄食堂」はじめ鱈汁の激戦区？な境西交差点の大衆食堂です。他２件と比較して外見は明確に新しいです。
鱈汁単品とかでも良かったのですが、普通に定食を食べたかったので、この手のお店の定番であるアジフライ定食にしました。スタンダードで美味しく、バランスも良いですね。
ちなみに改築らしく、内装は綺麗ながら何となく時代を感じさせます。気さくなおばあちゃんのワンオペというのも、古き良き定食屋と言うべきか、地方の高齢化+ブラックな産業の顕れと言うべきか、ちょっと判断に悩むところです。
