いちばん新潟寄りの富山の果て、朝日町といえば「たら汁」。
毎年、たら汁を食べにきて「栄食堂」「ドライブイン金森」ときて今年でついに三軒目。
老夫婦が営むここ「ひまつぶし」にきてみた。
ツーオペなので客の数に限界が。
今日はぼくらで席が埋まっておしまい。
あとから気づいたけど今日で今年の営業は終了。
ぼくらが今年最後の客だ！
本当の意味で間に合った。
たら汁セットは煮付けまでつく豪華版。
置き小鉢はないタイプの店なので野菜炒めを頼んでみる。
美味しい！
たらの身がしっかりしていて味噌にしっかり出汁が溶け込み…料理としてはここがいちばんかも。
野菜炒めは要するに焼きそばの具だけ、そば抜き。
ソースの感じが優しくてこれもいい。
ゆっくりさせてもらって本当に最後の客に。
今のところここが優勝！
