高岡市役所近くの人気ラーメン店。
富山ブラック以外にも石焼つけ麺や貪䐜痴のようなのせしおらーめん、夏季限定のカツ坦々など創作系のラーメンも魅力的なお店です。
土曜日の19時半頃に行くと、ほぼ満席で賑やかでした。
枝豆、牛すじ煮込みや串焼き、おつまみセットなどもあって、お酒が飲みたくなったけど運転なので我慢。

提供スピードも早く、ちょっと変わった器でラーメンが着丼。
大判チャーシューが3枚、箸で持ち上げると崩れてトロトロに柔らかい。
スープは真っ黒で、醤油の酸味と旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。
思っていたよりしょっぱくなくて、マイルド。
そして、特徴的なのが極太のちぢれ麺。
ぷりぷりの食感で、つるつると喉越しも最高です。
細麺の替玉はしなやかで、バターを入れたりして味の変化を楽しめました。
本当は富山名物のとろろ昆布おにぎりが食べたかったのですが、現在はメニューから無くなったそう。
仕方ない、塩にぎりを残ったスープに投下、おじや風にして食べてもめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
