くまさんです。
射水市って何気に良店が多いですよね。
高岡から向かうといつも通りから見える、イタリア料理の赤い文字。
イタリアンなんてお洒落には縁遠いくまさんですが、圧倒的な存在感に負けて怪獣３匹と嫁のくまさんファミリーで行ってみました。
ビーラー１級のくまさんとしてはイタリアンでビールはあまり進まない。。。
でも、それを差し引いても料理は美味しかったです。
外観からは想像出来ない本格的な料理の数々に大満足でした。
特に生ハムは目の前で刻んでくれます。
我が家の怪獣達も取り合って食べてました。
１０年早いわー！
次回はチーズフォンデュをいただきたいと思います。
