射水市の大門にあるローズ・エ・ロメオへ来ました。日本から30店の有名店がエントリーしていたイタリアサルーミ普及促進協会のコンクールで最優良レストランに選ばれたそうです。少し暗めの雰囲気のある店内は、ワインを飲みながら食事をして、ゆっくりと過ごしたい時には最高です。イベリコ豚のフェットチーネは、自分の好みでした。シェフの人柄が、すべての料理にあらわれているような気がします。また、来たいと思います。
