This is an Italian Cuisine restaurant in Imizu City. I was interested in the many reviews saying that Prosciutto and cheese were delicious. ☆☆ [Italian Cuisine salad with Prosciutto] ¥1,480 They cut Prosciutto for you at your table. Apparently they went to Italy in the spring to buy it. It's very salty, the fat melts in your mouth, and the richness of the ham makes it very delicious. It's a food on a different level from Prosciutto you can get at the supermarket. I don't really like Prosciutto, but this is delicious. My 3-year-old ate it up too. Prosciutto was by far the best thing I ordered this time. [Steamed clams in wine] ¥680 I don't really like shellfish, so I didn't think anything of it, but my parents said it was delicious. [Cheese platter] ¥1,280 The Camembert was small, but just as delicious. The cheese mousse in the cup was delicious. It had a slightly fruity taste. It seems to contain mascarpone cheese and Prosciutto. The grilled cheese was also okay. Other cheeses, I don't know the name, but they had a strong smell and I couldn't eat them. My parents said they were delicious. [Homemade bread, 3 pieces] ¥300 Homemade focaccia. It was freshly made and was delicious. [Peperoncino] ¥980 It was spicy, but not too flavorful. [Parmesan cheese risotto] ¥1,280 They brought a block of cheese in front of me and cooked it on top. It was a very rich cheese. The portion was quite small, and the cheese was rich, but the risotto itself was light. [Margherita, large size] ¥1,280 This is not Italian pizza style, the dough is thick. I think it's somewhere between American and Italian. The basil flavor was too strong, so my child didn't eat any of it. I was able to eat it normally and it was delicious. [Grilled Iberian pork with herbs] ¥1,880 The Iberian pork was delicious. But it was quite small. It was smaller than a woman's fist... There were a lot of mushrooms around, and it looked gorgeous. The mushrooms went well with the sauce and were delicious! [Omelette Rice Romeo Style] ¥1,280 It was called risotto, but the rice wasn't particularly soggy. It was a normal type of Omelette Rice with soft eggs. The sauce had a unique tomato-based flavor, so it may be a matter of personal preference. [Assorted Desserts] ¥900 The passion ice cream was light and delicious. The ginger cake had a strong ginger taste, which I don't like. The pear tart... was almost eaten by my child, so I only had the dough. It was crispy and delicious. Chocolate cake was quite bitter. The liquor cake was quite sweet, and I didn't feel the strength of the alcohol that much. ☆☆ The prices are a bit high overall. As for Prosciutto, it was delicious, so I think it was worth the price. There were some things that were a bit off for the price. The 3.5 star rating is largely due to Prosciutto. They have high chairs, and they said they were OK for children when I made a reservation over the phone, so I think it's a restaurant that's okay for children.
