It's cool.
Italian Cuisine restaurant that cuts Prosciutto in a cool way. The interior is lit up in warm colors, giving it a nice atmosphere. The customer base is surprisingly wide, and it's a restaurant that's not too intimidating, so you can go there casually. Lunch with plenty of vegetables and Prosciutto (1,980 yen) ・Salad with Parma Prosciutto: It's cool that the staff cuts a big block of Prosciutto in front of you. The salad was topped with cheese, but the dressing was refreshing and delicious. ・Soup: A warm soup with a good burdock flavor. ・Homemade yeast bread made from Hokkaido wheat: The chewy dough is delicious. A restaurant that serves delicious bread is a good restaurant. ・Pasta, etc.: The Prosciutto pizza (+520 yen) is fragrant and the chewy dough is delicious. The pizza is recommended. ・Dessert: Three types of pizza, including tiramisu, served in small portions. ・Drink: I chose rose tea. There were flower petals floating in the tea. The peach and Prosciutto pasta I was given as a service was delicious, and I would like to go back and eat the full size next time.

Italian Cuisine that cuts Prosciutto in a cool way. It's summer now, so I went to eat peach and Prosciutto pasta. Chef's carefully selected Prosciutto platter (1,880 yen): It's cool that the staff cuts a big block of Prosciutto right in front of you. The two types of Prosciutto and eight types Prosciutto and salami are quite filling, but each one is delicious. They are all imported. Appetizer platter (1,880 yen): An assortment of six types of appetizers, including mussels. It's interesting that the colors of the appetizers vary depending on the restaurant. Sausage platter (980 yen): An assortment of five types of small but delicious sausages. Cold peach and Prosciutto pasta (1,980 yen): A tomato-based cold pasta. The refreshing flavors of the peach, Prosciutto, lemon, and herbs were a great match, and I was surprised at how well this combination went. I'd like to go back and eat this again this summer. Pizza Margherita Large (1,780 yen): Hot and fresh from the oven. This time I ordered just a single item, so it was quite expensive, but if I had had lunch it would be even better value for money, so I think it would be a nice place to go casually.
