言わずと知れた射水市の人気ケーキ屋さん。
日曜夕方久々に訪れたところ、店前に交通誘導員が２人も。
人気の程がうかがえます。
店内はコロナ感染防止に配意されており、お店は一方通行、３つほどのショーケースにケーキ、チョコ、焼菓子などがところ狭しと陳列されています。
幸い後ろからのプレッシャーはなかったのでゆっくりと選べましたが、行列になっていたらゆっくりとは選べないでしょうね。
藤瀬プリンはほとんど液状のプリン、嫌いな人はいないであろう程よい甘さ、カラメルソースも完全液状です。
ゴツゴツシューは上部のアーモンドが食感、香りのアクセントになる。
中のカスタードクリームは濃厚で絶品。
スイートポテトのタルトはポテトの味を生かしており程よい甘さ、タルト生地も美味しいです。
