【2012/6/4～の、新基準（店舗の表示点数変更対応） で★を付けています】
高岡駅でモーニングとなりましたので、駅前にあるホテル2Fのヴァイキングコーナーを利用しました。
古城公園口（東口）から、ホテルが見えているので、迷うことはありません。
駅前は工事中ですが、工事が完了すればJR高岡駅から直結になるので、雨にぬれずに便利ですね。
今回は、モーニングブッフェ（1000円）をいただきました。
入口横の券売機で、1000円で食券を購入します。
店内はダークで落ち着いた雰囲気が、いい感じですね。
奥のスペースに、ビュッフェコーナーがあります。
特筆すべきは、モーニングですが、甘エビや烏賊刺身など、日本海の新鮮な海の幸がたくさんありますね。
今回は和食をベースにチョイスしましたが、筑前煮や煮びたしも、きっちり手が込んでしましたし、
茶碗蒸しも、ひと皿ごとにありました。
ごはんは、地元の富山県産コシヒカリでとっても艶やかでした！
もちろんパン・コーヒーなども、種類が多いとは言えませんが充実しています。
なにより、作り置き的な雰囲気がしなのがいいですね。
ホテルのバイキングは、・・・という場合がありますが、こちらは取ってもいい感じでした。
また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。
