初めての訪問で、接待利用しました。
中には塩っぱさを感じる料理もありましたが、全体的にはボリュームもあり、見た感じもデザインされてて、どちらかと言えば家庭的な感じのフレンチでしょうか。。。
前菜数品、魚料理、肉料理、パスタ…
前菜の数品については、比較的薄味の組み合わせ。
魚料理は付け合わせの野菜がちょいと塩っぱい。ノドグロは脂ものっていてパサパサ感も無くGOOD!
肉料理はイチジクのソテーを併せてレアな仕上がりで、柔らかな食感。もう少し、ソースを楽しめたら良かったかな(-｡-;ちょいと少なく感じました（≧∇≦）
十分食べてからのパスタ。牡蠣を使ったもので、麺の茹で方もアルデンテだし、量も1/3人前ってとこでしょうか。適量でした。
写真をアップできれば良かったのですが、接待だったためにまたの機会に（≧∇≦）
家族と来ても良いかなと思いましたよ〜
