パスタランチB＆ピッツアランチA。
約2年5ケ月ぶりの来訪です。
日曜日のランチタイム、前回同様満席状態で20分ほど待ち着席できました。
・ パスタランチB（1,900円）
・ ピッツアランチA（1,580円）
「パスタランチB」
前菜盛合せ+お好みのパスタ+パン・サラダ+デザート+お好きなドリンクのセットです。
前菜盛合せには、ほうれん草のオムレツやサラミハム・肉のパテ・タラモサラダ・
オイルサーディンなど7種類の前菜が乗っていました。
サラダは、レタス・ロメインレタス・トマト・大根ニンジンの細切りがたっぷり入ったサラダで
マスタードが効いたドレッシングが美味しかったです。
パスタは ” カルボナーラ（ベーコンと木の子入り）をチョイス。
前回も同じカルボナーラを食べ、あっさりとした感じでしたが今日頂いたカルボナーラは
少し濃厚めでコクがあり美味しかったです。
「ピッツアランチA」
お好みのピッツア+サラダ+デザート+お好みのドリンクのセットです。
Aセットのサラダは、Bランチのサラダの大根とキャベツの千切りがないタイプです。
オリーブが効いたフォカッチャが付いています。
ピッツアは、プロシュート（イタリア産生ハム・ルーコラ・モッツレラのトマトソース）を
チョイス。
大きめで生地が薄めのサクサクとしたピッツア。
生ハムの塩気とルーコラの旨味が良く合っていて美味しかったです。
生地もとても香ばしく、軽い食感のピッツアですね！
デザートは、プリントバニラアイス・苺・リンゴのフルーツが乗った盛合せでした。
プリンが、昔ながらの固めのプリンでとても濃厚な味で美味しかったです。
ドルチェヴィータさんでは、前菜からデザートまでのセットなのである程度時間に余裕が
あった方がいいと思います。
オーダーをしてから、サラダ＆前菜が出てくるまでに20分、パスタが出てくるまでにさらに10分、
デザートが出てくるまでにはパスタが出てから30分後です。
割とデザート＆ドリングが出てからお喋りしておられる方も多く、長居する方が多そうでした。
平日女性限定のレディースランチもありますが、土日も皆さん長居されいつも駐車場が
一杯だった意味が判りましたね！
お店の雰囲気も、お料理も良くそこそこの値段はしますが、それに値する美味しランチだったと
思います。
また、機会があればお邪魔したいと思います。
前菜からデザートまで、ゆったりといただけるランチでした。
かなり昔に、高岡SATY横にお店があった時に１度来訪していますが新しい場所に移られてからは
初めての来訪です。
いつも前の道を通るたびにたくさんの車が止まっている人気のお店と認識しています。
訪れた日は三連休の最終日13：30頃でしたが、当然駐車場も満車、ウェイティングの方もおられ
20分程待っていたら着席できました。
本日のおすすめパスタや気まぐれピザがあり、パスタにパン・サラダ・デザート・ドリンクが
付いているAセットや、Aセットに前菜盛合わせが付くBセットがあります。
・ ランチセットBカルボナーラ（1,900円+150円）
・ ランチセットA愛知県産焼きとうもろこしと小エビのミモザ風カラスミのソースパスタ
（1,500円+100円）
「サラダ」 サラダは可もなく不可もなくで普通でした。
フォカッチャはモチモチとして柔らかく美味しかったです。
ただ、一番最初のサラダと同じ皿ではなく別皿で欲しかったですね。
カルボナーラのソースと一緒に食べたかったので、フォカッチャをずっと残しておけず
置き場所に困りました･･･
「前菜盛合せ」ほうれん草のケーキサクレ・サーモン・ブルスケッタ・ロースハム・
生ハムの５種盛合わせでした。
どれも一つ一つが綺麗に盛り付けられていて、味も見た目もどちらも良かったです。
「カルボナーラ」濃厚なカルボナーラではなく、あっさりとしたカルボナーラです。
具材はしめじとベーコンのシンプルですが、ベーコンも塩っぱ過ぎずでパスタに良く
あっていました。
「愛知県産焼きとうもろこしと小エビのミモザ風カラスミのソースパスタ」
大きくてプリプリとした小エビと、カラスミがミモザの花のようにパスタに掛かっていて
色味が華やかなパスタです。
焼いて甘くなっているとうもろこしもトッピングされ、小エビもたくさん入っていたので
結構ボリュームのあるパスタでした。
カラスミの塩気も丁度良く、アルデンテの美味しいパスタでした。
「デザート」紅茶のケーキとフランボアの自家製シャーベットです。
紅茶のケーキは甘さも絶妙で大人な感じのケーキ。フランボアのシャーベットは最初の一口は
酸っぱいですが、後から食べていくうちにその酸っぱさが病みつきになり夏の暑い日に
さっぱりとする味で美味しかったです。
フルーツの下に敷いてあるグレープフルーツのゼリーもまた爽やかで美味しかったです。
ドルチェヴィータさんでは、前菜からデザートまでのセットなのである程度時間に余裕が
あった方がいいと思います。
オーダーをしてから、サラダ＆前菜が出てくるまでに15分、パスタが出てくるまでに35分、
デザートが出てくるまでに60分くらいかかっていました。
割とデザート＆ドリングが出てからお喋りしておられる方も多く、長居する方が多そうでした。
平日女性限定のレディースランチもありますが、それも長そうだと思いいつも駐車場が
一杯だった意味が判りましたね！
お店の雰囲気も、お料理も良くそこそこの値段はしますが、それに値する美味しランチだったと
思います。
また、機会があればお邪魔したいと思います。

This is my first visit in about 1 year and 9 months. I visited at lunchtime on Sunday. It was around 13:20, so I was able to sit down without waiting. ・ Pizza Ranch A (2,398 yen including tax) ・ Pizza Ranch B (2,728 yen including tax) "Pizza Ranch A" This is a set of your favorite pizza, salad, dessert, and drink. For the pizza, I chose "prosciutto". This Pitts is + 440 yen including tax. It was topped with Italian Prosciutto and rucola mozzarella cheese.
