高岡市戸出にあるうどん屋さん。
こちらのうどんは出汁が素晴らしい。
うどんのスープをまくってしまったのは初めてかも。
それくらい美味しいスープです。
もちろんうどん自体も美味しい。
足踏作法で作り上げた手打麺だそうで、コシがしっかりしてます。
どんどん飲み込まれて行きますよ。
深川ネギを使った根深うどんが一番のオススメです。
若布と書いてわかめと読むのをこのお店で初めて知りました。
天ぷらもカラッと揚がっていて上品でした。
ざるうどんのタレはあまり好みじゃなかったので、やはりスープに入ったうどんがいいですね。
こんな美味しいうどんを食べちゃうとチェーン店には行く気がなくなってしまいます。
