After seeing the introduction by my reviewer who lives in Hokuriku, I had to go to this place. That's what I thought. I stopped by for lunch when I went to Tonami. The menu structure probably varies quite a bit depending on the day, and to be honest, the portions on this day were smaller than the lunches other reviewers were having. As each dish was brought out one by one, I couldn't keep track of the whole thing, and on this day, the chef seemed to have made some poor preparations, so the miso soup and bamboo shoot rice came out long before the main course (*_*)! After all, Coconchi's lunch costs 1,100 yen. 1100 yen. And tax included. This is not a dish you can get for 1100 yen. It is not even at the level of a service product. It's all Japanese-style meal cooking that takes a lot of work. They are very particular about Hokuriku ingredients, which is really nice for people from other prefectures. I'm satisfied. Of course, you shouldn't look for the level of Japanese-style meal that costs 5,000 yen or 10,000 yen. It doesn't have that sophisticated taste. However, I am glad that you are willing to sell it at this price. The seasonal wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, and fish were all fresh. There was some tsukkomi, but I don't care about that. Makes me want some sake. I had no choice but to get a non-alcoholic beer. It's a lunch where you can drink alcohol lol I'll visit you again someday.
