Now that I look at it, it was Christmas when I visited. On this day, my two sons were practicing Kendo, so I visited with my wife and daughter. I usually visit on the day of my visit, so I don't make reservations the day before. Of course, I decided to visit on this day as well. Then I was told that blowfish sashimi cannot be served without a reservation. Is that so? If you want to eat blowfish sashimi, please make a reservation at least the day before. So, when I was thinking about what to eat, this restaurant didn't have anything on the menu. While talking with the owner, I decided to have the sashimi sashimi and the duck hotpot, which I heard contained good quality duck. I was also told that they also have duck that can be eaten with shabu shabu, so I ordered it separately. All of the sashimi that came first were fresh, but the sashimi that came first was still delicious. Main duck hotpot. Normal duck is already in the pot, but for shabu shabu there is a separate plate. I was told that there was no smell, so after a little bit of shabu shabu I was told to eat it right away. . . . However, there is a decent smell. I tried shabu shabu a little harder, but hmmm. I've had delicious duck hotpot at Takumiya, so I guess it wasn't that bad. If you have a chance, I would like to try your favorite blowfish sashimi.
