高岡市戸出で『麺房 山形屋』を初訪問。駐車場は、広くゆったりとしている。隣接して大きなパチンコ屋もあり、そちらのお客さんも多いのだろうか。すぐ付近には会社などないが、結構、店内はにぎわっている。
カウンターの中の厨房では、ご夫婦と思われる年配お二方が切り盛り、お手伝いの女性店員もいらっしゃる。
メニューは、うどん、そばを中心にしたメニューでうどんをセットにした定食もある。
アジフライ定食(税込み850円)を発注。10分程で出品される。アジはアツアツ、サクサクに揚げられている。冷凍物ではあるがアツアツ、サクサクはなにより。
うどんは手打ちではないが、モチモチ感があるやや太麺。
価格はそれなりであるが、アジが1尾であるのが
ややさみしい。
炭水化物の重ね食いをほとんどしない私だが、『定食』は、うどんとのセットであったのが少し残念。
パッと見、お菓子や？などと思ってしまうような外観。やや入りにくさはあるが、店内は落ち着いて食事ができる。
