イタリア産乾麺、トマト使用
麺は粉っぽさがあって美味しくな買ってた。
トマトは酸味がなく甘味が強め
ニンニクは良く火が通っていて芋のような甘さがある。
荒めの粉チーズがたっぷりで
スパイス感が強く辛さもあるし
この店でしか食べれないオリジナリティがある味です。
オリジナリティが強くてなんか
以前伺ったシャンゴを思い出しました。
