富山の射水で昼食です。気分はラーメンでしたが、ツレが『ブラックかあご出汁、どっちにする？』との問い掛け。迷った末にあご出汁にすることにしました。連れて行かれたのは、その名も昭和食堂❗️昭和臭のする佇まいです。お昼をずいぶん過ぎていましたのですぐに通されてメニュー検討。炭鶏麺というのもとても気になりましたが、あご出汁をあっさりでチョイス。無料でおにぎりか麦トロの食べ放題が付くとのことで麦トロを頼みます。
待つことしばしで着丼です。なるほど見た目は出汁で濁ったスープで太めのストレート麺、トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、味玉半分、刻みネギといたってシンプル。
ではまずスープを頂きます。あ〜、これはまさに魚介系の出汁ですね。あっさりでお願いしたのでくどくなくて無限に飲める私好みのお味です。麺はというと太めのアルデンテで噛むとカンスイと小麦の味がしっかりします。半分ほど食べたところでとろろご飯をレンゲで頂きます。これを味玉やチャーシューをおかずに口に放り込みスープと一緒に流し込むと不思議と合うような気がしてきます。ご飯を半分ほど残して追いとろろをお願いして完食しました。
お腹もいっぱいになり、ご馳走さまでした。
